Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with orders, menu information, and service-related queries
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective communication
- Promote ongoing offers, combos, and services to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure timely response to customer requests and complaints

Requirements :

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Basic computer knowledge




- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or hospitality is preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply
