Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive presenting refrshments.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide guests with information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well presented.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
