Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Understand client business objectives and marketing goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Conduct routine follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support account managers in building long-term client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for value addition.

Project Execution & Coordination :

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
- Track campaign progress, flagging potential bottlenecks and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefs.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
- Ensure weekly status updates are sent, and client receive explicit timelines,next steps and escalation matrix if needed.

Market Research & Insights :

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support strategic recommendations.

Business Growth Support :

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services based on client needs.
- Assist in pitch presentations and proposal development to support new business acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, or a related field.
- Must be familiar with basic advertising guidelines including ASCI code, RERA compliance (for real estate) and BFSI communication standards.
- Experience : 1-2 years in client servicing, project management, or account management roles within an ad agency on client side.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Organisational Abilities : Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Market Awareness : Familiarity with Indian advertising trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing platforms.
- Tech Proficiency : Comfortable using project management tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
- Need to have knowledge regarding the advertisement legal part.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
