We are building a nationwide network of dialysis providers and are looking for a motivated telecaller to help us grow it.THE ROLEYou will be our first point of contact with dialysis centres across India. Your job is to call clinics from our database, verify their information, and invite them to join our platform — at zero cost to them.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCall dialysis centres and nephrology clinics from our database across IndiaVerify and update centre detailsExplain the DialysisOnGo platform and its perks for patient referralsConvince clinic administrators / owners to enroll on the platform (free registration)Assist in portal registrationHandle objections politely and follow up with hesitant centresAlso handle patient queries regarding platform and assist them in clinic coordinationEscalate complex queries to the core team when needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum 1-3 years of telecalling, telesales,
