Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Make outbound calls for customer support, follow-ups, and promotions
- Assist customers with menu details, order placement, and service-related queries
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets
- Maintain proper call records and customer information
- Provide accurate information about Mughlai food items and restaurant offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements :

- Positive communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Smart, confident,



and customer-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of Mughlai cuisine and food service industry preferred
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge and calling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Experience

- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or hospitality will be an advantage
