Experience in lending, customer service, telesales, lead generation, or financial operations, preferably in a digital lending environment
- Robust follow-up, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to engage customers who are stuck at different stages of the funnel
- Attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to work within service level timelines
- Fluent English is essential; familiarity with Canadian customer communication and lending terminology will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
