DriveStylish is India's leading online store for car accessories. We are looking for Customer Service representative who can:

- 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

1. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders

2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups

3. Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication

4. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution

5. Maintain records of customer interactions and updates

6. Assist customers with order tracking, product details, and after-sales support

7. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service

Requirements :

1. Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English

2. Basic computer knowledge

3. Experience in customer handling preferred

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
