The role involves promoting and selling pet food, medicines, and related products to customers over calls, ensuring excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell pet food, medicines, and pet care products
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system




- Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide after-sales support and build customer relationships

Requirements :

- Experience in BPO / Sales process preferred

- Good communication skills in English, :

- Basic knowledge of pet products (preferred but not mandatory)

- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
