Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective resolutions.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Outbound Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Sales Process .
- Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant BPO sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
