Job Role : We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries related to promotional campaigns, cashback offers, and reward programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with campaign participation and reward redemption
- Resolve queries related to SMS, QR codes, or online promotions
- Update customer details and queries in the CRM system
- Validate invoices or images submitted for rewards
- Provide transparent and professional customer support

Requirements :

- Any Graduate

- 0-3 years of experience in Call Center / Customer Support / BPO :

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi :

- Basic computer knowledge

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
