- Role Overview :_ The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through multiple communication channels.
- Key Responsibilities :_
- Verbal Support : Conduct outbound/inbound calls when necessary to resolve complex queries or provide personalized walkthroughs.
- Relationship Management : Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone to build long-term trust with our trading community.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction with effective communication
