Key Responsibilities : Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and website chat. Share product details, pricing, and customization options with customers. Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Coordinate with the store and production team for order processing. Maintain daily records of leads and sales updates.

Requirements : 1 to 2 years of experience in online sales. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Professional behavior and target-oriented mindset. Basic computer knowledge is required.
