Customer Engagement Executive : Be the face of Experiential VR Centre — welcome guests, explain VR experiences, assist with equipment, gather feedback, and ensure an exceptional visitor journey.

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet visitors and provide an engaging, informative introduction to our VR experiences.
- Guide guests through check-in, safety guidelines, and VR headset/equipment usage.
- Monitor and assist customers during sessions for a smooth, enjoyable experience.
- Collect feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of VR stations.
- Handle bookings, payments, and basic operational requirements.
- Assist in marketing activities, events, and outreach to drive engagement.
- Create a friendly,



customer-first environment that reflects Exprential’s mission.

Role Details :

- Experience:1-3 years (preferred)

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of VR tech (training provided).
- Energetic, customer-focused attitude; passion for tourism and innovation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in customer service/tourism/hospitality is a plus.
