Complete operational responsibility for the Labour Chowk
- Mandatory daily in office presence and active supervision
- Maintain operational discipline, resolve disputes, manage crowd flow
1. Worker Identification & Registration
- Identify unregistered construction workers visiting the Labour Chowk
- On-the-spot worker registration and renewal using tablet/mobile devices
- Capture accurate data as per DBOCWWB formats
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with employers, contractors, and site supervisors
- Act as field-level liaison between workers, contractors, and government authorities
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
