Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, calls and references
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview and joining details
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
- Coordinate with Store Managers and HR team for manpower requirements
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in HR or related field
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Valuable Hindi, Marathi and English communication
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Starting ₹7,500 for Freshers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
