- Oversee housekeeping, security, food services, maintenance, and staff supervision.
- Ensure campus cleanliness, safety, discipline, and hygiene.
- Handle student welfare, complaints, and residential facility requirements.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, and support staff.
- Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with campus policies and procedures.

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in campus management, hostel administration, or residential facility management.
- Experience managing hostels, educational institutions, boarding facilities, or similar establishments.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and staff management abilities.
- Must be willing to stay on the residential campus.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential educational institutions or coaching academies.
