Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive with a background in US logistics or freight brokerage. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch calling, carrier onboarding, and carrier sales, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dispatch calling to coordinate loads, drivers, and carriers.
- Handle carrier onboarding, including collecting and verifying carrier documents.
- Manage carrier sales activities and develop relationships with carriers.
- Contact carriers to negotiate rates and secure capacity for available loads.
- Coordinate with carriers and dispatch teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Follow up on load status, shipment updates, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of carrier details, load information,
and dispatch activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers.
- Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of dispatch-related issues.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in US logistics or Dispatcher.
- Hands-on experience in Dispatch Calling, Carrier Onboarding, and Carrier Sales is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of load booking, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet operational targets.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
