Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and administrative leadership.
- Supervise faculty, staff, admissions, examinations, and institutional activities.
- Lead accreditation, academic planning, and institutional growth initiatives.
- The Principal will focus on teaching quality, teacher supervision, student discipline, and smooth implementation of academic plans under the guidance
- Implement the academic plans, schedules, structures, and instructions provided by the Academic Director and Management.

-Train, guide, and mentor teachers to improve teaching methodologies and classroom management.

Qualification:





Master's degree in a relevant subject, preferably B.Ed or an equivalent qualification- Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or senior academic leader.

- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and online teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
