Global Virtual Support is hiring for one of our international client,A growing food delivery platform based in Sint Maarten.

We are expanding our night operations team and are looking for confident, professional individuals with excellent English communication skills. Limited positions are available and shortlisting will be done quickly.

Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries via calls, chat and WhatsApp.
- Resolve order-related issues such as delays, cancellations and complaints.
- Coordinate with restaurants and delivery drivers.
- Ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Basic Computer knowledge.

Shift Timing :11:00 PM to 8:00 AM**
