We are hiring for a US Voice/Voice Blended/Chat Blended Processes , handling customer support across voice and chat channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate resolutions and maintain quality standards
- Document interactions and meet performance targets
Requirements :
- Minimum of 6+ months International Call/Chat/Blended process experience (mandatory)
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
