Position : Customer Support Associate Location : Gurugram, Haryana (On-site/Hybrid depending on company policy) Shift Timing : 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST Salary Range : ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and empathy.
- Document interactions and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution quality, and customer feedback scores.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work independently and manage night shift timings (6 PM - 3 AM IST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
