Key Responsibilities :
- Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, replacements, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and suggest process improvements.
Requirements :
- 0 -2 years of experience in customer support (blended or omnichannel preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability and empathy-driven approach.
- Comfortable handling high-volume interactions across multiple platforms.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
