Student Success Team Coordinator - MOKSH Academy (Vasai)

MOKSH Academy is seeking a Student Success Team Coordinator to guide MBBS students through their preparation for global medical licensing exams (USMLE, Next, PLAB) and other skill-development programs. The role involves academic monitoring, student engagement, parent communication, and coordination with mentors to ensure consistent student progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Track student attendance, assignment completion, and weekly test performance.
- Maintain academic progress dashboards and flag deviations.
- Coordinate with AMA Mentors for doubt resolutions and improvement plans.
- Conduct regular student/parent interactions to review performance and address concerns.
- Motivate students, ensure participation, and provide academic/ emotional support.




- Maintain accurate student records and support internal academic operations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication skills (English required; Hindi/regional languages preferred).
- Empathy, patience, and ability to counsel students.
- Basic understanding of MBBS curriculum (preferred).
- Valuable organizational and data-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree; experience in academic coordination or student support preferred.

Location

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
