Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries related to courses, processes, and support services.
- Coordinate effectively between students, centers, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to resolve queries and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 0-1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
