Location : Kasaragod Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations.
- Ensure proper product display and stock availability at the counter.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide quality customer service.
- Counter In-Charge will supervise counter staff and manage daily counter operations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or F&B; industry preferred.
- Basic billing and computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
