Job Summary

Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for customers visiting the jewellery showroom. The role involves assisting walk-in clients, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales executive
- Ensure customers are comfortable and attended to promptly
- Manage customer flow and waiting areas efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional front-desk presence
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Customer Experience

- Ensure a premium and personalized experience for every customer
- Build strong relationships with walk-in and repeat clients
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate when required
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management





Coordination and Support

- Coordinate with sales staff for smooth customer handling
- Maintain visitor records and customer database
- Assist in showroom events, promotions, and exhibitions
- Support billing or documentation process if required

Required Skills :

- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently

Qualifications :

- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- 0-5 years of Prior experience in retail.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
