Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative (SBI) : Key Responsibilities :

- Answer incoming calls from SBI customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding SBI products and services, including accounts, loans, credit cards, digital banking, and other banking operations.
- Assist customers with transaction inquiries, account balance checks, statement requests, and troubleshooting online banking issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, company policies,



and security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on current SBI offerings and policy changes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
