As a Telecaller at D Loans Consultant Pvt Ltd , you will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting our loan products and services. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by achieving sales targets through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the database to generate loan inquiries.
- Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with loan-related questions.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable loan products offered by the company.
- Explain product features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documents required, and repayment options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and reminders to convert prospects into customers.




- Achieve daily and monthly targeted calls and sales conversions .
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic client concerns professionally.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (any field).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Confident phone etiquette and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented, quick learner, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
