Praveg Limited, a leading name in the hospitality industry, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist guests with reservations and booking inquiries.
- Explain room categories, packages, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with guests to understand their requirements.
- Maintain reservation records and follow up on booking inquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Ensure explicit and effective communication with guests.

Requirements :

- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Customer service or reservation experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.

Job Details: Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week Role Type: Inbound & Outbound Calling
