Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation. :

- Verify and organize required documents before submission. :

- Ensure compliance with the latest immigration and embassy guidelines. :

- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and partner institutions when required. :

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation. :

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues professionally. :

- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and visa regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). :

- Previous experience in visa counseling, immigration services, education consulting, or customer service is an advantage. :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. :

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills. :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. : Key Skills

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, or European countries is an advantage.

Work Setting

- Office-based role with regular client interaction. :

- May require occasional weekend work during peak admission or travel seasons.
