Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services (film production, video shoots, ads, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about services and pricing
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and production team for client requirements
- Follow up on previous conversations to close deals

Requirements :

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills




- Basic knowledge of film/media/production industry is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
