Job Description - Dispatch & Logistics Manager Department Dispatch, Packing & Logistics Reporting To: Operations Manager Location: Saoner - Manage and control all packing, domestic dispatch, export dispatch, and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. - Plan and monitor daily dispatch schedules in coordination with Production, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service departments. - Ensure proper packing, labeling, batch traceability, and protected handling of products as per customer and regulatory requirements. - Oversee domestic transportation arrangements and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of customer orders. - Manage end-to-end export shipment activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and Customs House Agents (CHA). - Ensure preparation, verification, and compliance of all dispatch and export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, E-Way Bills, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and related statutory documents. - Monitor logistics costs, negotiate with transporters, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality. - Ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock movement, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices during dispatch operations. - Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, systems, and controls for dispatch, packing, and logistics functions. - Lead, guide,



and supervise the Dispatch Supervisor and dispatch team to achieve departmental objectives and operational excellence. - Review daily dispatch reports, shipment status, pending orders, and logistics performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with GST regulations, export-import requirements, safety standards, company policies, and customer specifications. - Drive implementation of 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices within the dispatch department. - Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve dispatch, delivery, and shipment-related issues. - Monitor vehicle utilization, loading efficiency, turnaround time, and transporter performance. - Conduct regular training and performance reviews for dispatch and logistics personnel. - Ensure safe loading, unloading, storage, and transportation practices while maintaining workplace safety standards. - Prepare and present MIS reports on dispatch performance, logistics costs, export status, and departmental KPIs to management. - Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve dispatch efficiency and customer satisfaction. - The Dispatch Supervisor shall report to the Dispatch & Logistics Manager and shall be responsible for the day-to-day execution of packing, dispatch, documentation, loading, unloading, and transportation activities. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
