Job Summary

The Store Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales in the showroom. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features, and maintaining the brand’s premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement :

- Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements

- Provide personalized assistance in selecting jewellery

- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

- Product Knowledge & Sales :

- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products

- Explain pricing, making charges, offers, and schemes clearly

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales

- Sales Target Achievement :

- Achieve individual and team sales targets

- Actively contribute to store revenue growth

- Customer Service Excellence :

- Ensure a smooth and premium shopping experience

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally

- Billing & Documentation Support :

- Assist in billing processes and documentation





- Ensure accuracy in product details and invoices

- Inventory & Display Management :

- Maintain proper display of jewellery as per brand standards

- Support stock handling, tagging, and audits

- After-Sales Support :

- Guide customers on product care, exchange policies, and services

- Maintain follow-up with customers for future purchases

Required Skills :

Qualifications :

- Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in retail sales or jewellery industry preferred

Work Workplace

- Luxury retail showroom environment
- Requires working on weekends, holidays, and peak festive seasons

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
