- Having relevant work experience in Ocean Export procurement /pricing role is mandatory. Job description for Procurement / Pricing role: Ocean Export Dept. :

- Understand the requirements of the customer/overseas agent and act accordingly, if there is an incomplete information, immediately ask for the same from the customer

- Prepare and quote to various pricing enquiries to generate prospective shipment opportunities.

- Provide support to prepare competitive and consistent pricing proposals according to pricing policies and standards.

- Negotiating rates from Shipping Lines / agents.

- Talk to the customer/over seas agent and try to convert more business.





- Address any customer/agent queries related to pricing

- Ensure seamless handover of confirmed bookings to the operations or customer service teams

- Regularly engage with existing customers /overseas agent to negotiate better terms and ensure service quality.

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with shipping lines, co-loaders, agents.

- Build rapport with shippers and customers/overseas agents to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Supporting sales team for pricing-related inquiries & meet deadlines.
