Job Title: Non-Alcoholic Bartender

Job Summary: The Non-Alcoholic Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, smoothies, juices, shakes, and specialty soft drinks. The role ensures excellent customer service, presentation standards, and hygiene at the beverage station or bar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, smoothies, juices, milkshakes, and specialty drinks
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station or bar
- Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of drinks
- Manage inventory of ingredients and request replenishments as needed
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in creating recent non-alcoholic drink recipes and promotions
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Required Skills :





- Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, garnishing, and presentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Creativity in preparing unique drinks
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for billing and inventory management
- Awareness of hygiene and food safety standards

Qualifications:

- Certification in Bartending, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a bar, café, or restaurant setting
- Experience in hotels, lounges, or fine-dining restaurants preferred
