Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, shakes, and other café drinks
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Guide customers with beverage recommendations and upselling
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee station and service area
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
- Handle billing, POS operations, cash, and online payments accurately
- Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory of café supplies
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Support team operations during peak hours and maintain smooth workflow

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Barista in reputed café brands such as Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Café Coffee Day, Starbucks, or similar brands
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation




- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
- Basic understanding of café equipment maintenance and hygiene practices

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in specialty coffee or premium café chains
- Basic English speaking and customer interaction skills preferred
