Your Responsibilities

- You will be engaging in conversations with e-commerce business owners from over 50 countries worldwide , gaining insights into their business operations and guiding them in setting up our product to ensure their success.
- Documenting and categorizing technical issues and product requests reported by customers and forwarding them to the product team.
- Identifying obstacles in product activation by reviewing customer usage videos and providing UI/UX improvement suggestions to the product team.
