Position : Store Manager Brand : Crocs Location :Shivkrupa Nagar, Bhuj, Gujarat Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month Industry : Retail - Footwear / Apparel Experience : Minimum 6 months as a Store Manager in Apparel or Footwear Retail

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly.
- Lead, motivate, and train the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure visual merchandising is maintained as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
- Track retail KPIs like Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.
- Maintain store hygiene and ensure SOP compliance.

Eligibility





- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Store Manager in Apparel or Footwear Retail .
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
- Experience in Footwear, Apparel, Sportswear, or Lifestyle Retail.
- Passion for fashion retail and customer service.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
