Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers and explain company products/services
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads
- Update customer details and sales status in CRM/software
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities
- Ensure high-quality customer service during interactions

Requirements :

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in international process
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Experience in international telesales/BPO is preferred

Preferred Skills

- US/UK/Australian sales process experience
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Good listening and objection-handling skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
