Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) is an added advantage.

Experience

- 0-3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, Loans, or Financial Services.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude are welcome.

Job Summary

The Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and promoting suitable financial products and services. The role focuses on customer acquisition, portfolio management, revenue generation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Promote financial products such as loans, insurance, investment products, and wealth management solutions.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and market activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.




- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
