We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our customer outreach, build product visibility, and drive sales engagement.

Role: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market Maati Earthcraft’s handloom & handicraft products across offline and digital channels
- Pitch and present product details confidently to customers and potential clients
- Build customer relationships and engage recent buyers through effective communication
- Assist in planning retail promotions, in-store displays,



and product showcases
- Support the sales process by answering customer queries, explaining craftsmanship and product stories
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on handloom and craft trends
- Coordinate with the retail team for inventory, billing, and customer service
- Handle basic documentation, follow-ups, and daily reporting

Requirements :

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing or any related discipline
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Interest in handloom, handicrafts, and organic products (preferred)
- Basic Sales & Marketing knowledge; ability to engage customers and pitch products effectively
- Ability to work responsibly, manage time well, and meet activity targets
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
