Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction during service
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate if required
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service areas
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

Requirements :

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management preferred)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
