Role Overview

The Parking Supervisor is responsible for managing daily parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle movement, safety, and discipline within the parking area . The role includes team supervision, traffic control, customer handling, and maintaining order in high-traffic zones .

Key Responsibilities1. Parking Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day parking operations :

- Ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles :

- Manage parking space allocation efficiently :

- Prevent congestion and ensure proper traffic flow

2. Staff Supervision

- Supervise parking attendants and security staff :

- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules :

- Ensure proper discipline and performance of staff :

- Conduct briefings and on-ground training

3. Traffic & Safety Management

- Ensure safe vehicle movement within premises :

- Implement traffic control measures during peak hours :

- Prevent unauthorized parking and violations :

- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines

4. Customer Handling

- Assist visitors and staff with parking guidance :

- Handle complaints and issues professionally :

- Ensure a positive and smooth parking experience

5. Security & Monitoring

- Coordinate with security team for surveillance :

- Monitor CCTV (if applicable) :

- Report any suspicious activities or incidents

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily parking records and reports :





- Track vehicle entries/exits (if required) :

- Report issues, incidents, or operational challenges

7. Coordination

- Coordinate with administration, security, and facility teams :

- Support during events, VIP visits, and high footfall situations

8. Maintenance & Upkeep

- Ensure cleanliness and proper marking of parking areas :

- Report maintenance issues (lights, barriers, signage, etc.) :

- Ensure availability of parking equipment (cones, barricades)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
