The roles and responsibilities of a delivery coordinator focus primarily on the function of delivering products according to customer orders and deadlines.
Job Duties
- Co-ordinate and direct customer orders
- Respond to delivery-related or product-related inquiries as needed
- Schedule deliveries and prepare shipping paperwork
- Provide customer service support or training
- Track order deliveries and notify customers of any shipment delays
- Communicate with clients to confirm order specifics, payments, or delivery addresses
- Understand organizational logistics for efficient order fulfillment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
