Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Domestic & International travel inquiries professionally
- Design customized holiday packages as per client requirements
- Provide complete travel assistance including flights, hotels, visa guidance, sightseeing, and transfers
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and ground partners
- Achieve sales targets and maximize conversions
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients for closures and repeat business
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing

Required Skills :

- Good knowledge of Domestic & International destinations
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to handle clients independently




- Knowledge of itinerary preparation and costing
- Familiarity with travel portals and booking systems
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years of experience in a Travel Agency
- Experience in both Domestic and International Holiday Packages is mandatory
- Graduation preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary

- Salary: Best as per industry standards
