Team Member

A Frozen Bottle Team Member is responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing premium milkshakes, stone jars, and desserts, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked cafe setting. Key duties include processing orders, following strict food safety protocols, and ensuring timely service, with roles often requiring flexibility for rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service : Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing friendly care to ensure a positive experience.
- Product Preparation : Preparing all menu items (milkshakes, desserts) following established recipes, recipes, and quality standards.
- Operations & Hygiene : Performing housekeeping duties (cleaning equipment, cleaning the workstation) and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Inventory Maintenance : Ensuring ingredients and materials are well-stocked and assisting with deliveries.
- Sales & Teamwork : Actively participating with team members to meet daily sales targets.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
