Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Description : Our company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our EV manufacturing company based out of Gurgaon. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, driving growth, and ensuring that the company achieves its strategic goals.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in collaboration with the Managing Director
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, including production, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead and manage a team of executives and employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new markets, products, and services
- Represent the company in public forums, including conferences,



media interviews, and industry events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the automotive or EV industry
- Proven track record of success in driving growth, managing operations, and building high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in the EV industry

Salary : From ₹100,000.00 per month
