Key Responsibilities

- Enter the data of sender and receiver details accurately to generate labels
- Verify accuracy of entered data.
- Update shipment status (In Transit, Delivered, RTO, etc.)
- Monitor daily shipment movement in the tracking software.
- Coordinate with pick up staff for status updates.
- Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.
- Assist customer service team with tracking information.
- Coordinate with service provider and channel partners.
- Share daily MIS reports with management.

Requirements :

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in courier/logistics preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
