Travel Lifestyle Concierge (GDS Sabre Required) : Location : Gurugram Company : Aspire Lifestyles Working Schedule : Rotational shifts (Monday-Friday, weekends and public holidays as required)

Job Summary : Aspire Lifestyles is seeking an experienced Travel Lifestyle Concierge with strong hands-on experience in GDS Sabre. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end travel requests for premium clients, including flight bookings, itinerary planning, quotations, and customized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end travel requests including flight bookings, amendments, reissues, and itinerary planning
- Use GDS Sabre for flight search, pricing, ticket issuance, reissue, and cancellations
- Provide accurate quotations and customized travel solutions based on client needs
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards




- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Meet assigned KPIs including quality, productivity, and attendance

Mandatory Requirements :

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience using GDS Sabre
- Robust knowledge of air ticketing, fare rules, amendments, and reissues
- Experience in retail, corporate, or reward travel environments
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Diploma or Degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field
- Experience with additional GDS (Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage
- Mandarin or other foreign languages are an advantage

Work Schedule :

- Rotational shifts within standard business hours
- Weekend and public holiday work as required
