Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven telecaller cum sales executive who will be responsible for generating leads through calls and converting them into store visits and sales. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Inform customers about recent collections, offers, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Schedule store visits and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Handle walk-in customers and assist them in product selection.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain a proper customer database and follow-up records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.





Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum Graduate (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling/sales/retail (Jewelry experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,132.59 per month
